Allow a Validated URL Through Bitdefender GravityZone

If GravityZone blocks a legitimate business download, create an exception only after the destination and file have been validated as safe. Avoid broad allow-list entries that weaken protection for unrelated sites.

  1. Sign in to GravityZone Control Center.
  2. Open Policies and edit the policy assigned to the affected endpoint.
  3. Locate the applicable Network Protection or content-control exclusion settings.
  4. Add the exact URL or domain that has been approved for the business requirement.
  5. Save the policy and allow the endpoint to receive the updated configuration.
  6. Test the download and review endpoint/security events to confirm that only the intended traffic is allowed.

Security note: if the file is still detected as malicious after download, do not bypass the endpoint detection. Investigate the detection or submit the file to the vendor for review.
