This is the way to download a file being blocked by bitdefender gravityzone product. Sometimes, the AV just block the download of a file because it scans the files once downloaded to the computer. If the file is harmful to your system, butdefender will block it and will not allow it to run
Steps:
- login to GZ portal.
- Go to policies
- Edit the policy that is applied to the client.
- Go to Network Protection, General
- Under exclusion, enter the details of the URL you want to unblock on the computers that this policy is applied on.
