🚨 Business owners, please be careful before buying a domain from Crazy Domains.In our experience, their checkout shows “FREE DNS hosting”, but when we needed to add a normal TXT record for Microsoft 365, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and email security, their support confirmed that TXT records require Premium DNS.These are basic records many businesses need to set up email properly.So my honest advice: do not buy from Crazy Domains or any provider that does not clearly show, before checkout, which DNS records are included and which ones cost extra.“Free DNS” should not become “pay more later” when you actually need to use the domain for business.Before buying any domain, ask:Can I add TXT records for free?Can I set SPF, DKIM and DMARC?Can I use Microsoft 365 without paying extra for DNS?Know before you buy.
