User complains about not seeing personal contact show on “People” button in outlook, owa, phone, and everything.
You need to check deleted item in people section in OWA and restore them.
Note: if it is a long list, you can restore 50 per time
Steps:
- Login to OWA of the user account,
- At the bottom left, click on People, on the left, click on “Deleted” under “Contact”
- Then, select the items you want to restore, and click restore button
- Then let it sync, and it will appear everywhere on every device the account is setup on.
