Phones are not enrolling to intune and stuck on the screen “installing configuration” or “waiting for final configuration”
Steps:
- Check apple push certificate first in intune
- Check the certificate. Renew it again and make sure that the apple ID and Serial number matches the ones in the Apple push certificate portal
Login using the correct apple id from intune to
https://identity.apple.com/pushcert/
Click the i letter to check the serial number
This must match the one in intune.
